Tailored Lofts quoted us for a loft and a kitchen extension. The job was done in two stages - first was loft and when scaffolds from the back garden were removed they started on the extension. We did not live in the property during the works - there was a bit too much going on. So we had to rent a temporary accommodation, which can be quite expensive in London. Our priority was quality and timing. The estimated completion time was 15 weeks and they managed to finish on time. Although the quote wasn't the cheapest, we were happy we chose Tailored Lofts - they fully delivered on what they promised in the beginning. And we now enjoy our totally transformed house - it has now become a home that we long dreamed of.

He carefully reviewed our architect drawings and plans and invested considerable time with us to answer all our questions and address any concerns. Having never undertaken a project of this nature before, we felt quite daunted by the prospect. Donatas took time and care in helping us to navigate the process (building regulations, planning applications & party wall agreements etc) in conjunction with our architect. Not only did he come across as very knowledgable but the quote was highly competitive. The build itself went very smoothly and the site manager was always available, coming on site most days to ensure progress was taking place as planned....
